Other Information:

• Applications must be received by 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 25, 2024 to be included in the ballot.
• Voting will open in May for the 2024 Siletz Valley Charter School Board of Directors. New this year, voting will be done only IN-PERSON at the Siletz Valley School during regular business hours.
• Ballots must be completed by Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 3:30pm.

To qualify to SERVE on the Board, the candidate must be a resident of the Siletz and Logsden communities OR a parent/legal guardian of a current student.

To qualify to VOTE, the individual must be:

• Parent/Guardian of current student(s) of Siletz Valley Charter School,
• Current staff member of Siletz Valley Charter School,
• Current Siletz Valley Charter School Board member, and/or
• Current resident with a zip code of 97380 or 97357 (must show identification or mail with name and address)
